01WHO WE ARE
EXOTIC is operated from Spain and provides its services worldwide. Our registered company details, tax identification and registered address are published on the contact page and appear on every invoice we issue.
02SCOPE
By creating an account, browsing the catalogue or booking a service you accept these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
03ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that supply false information.
04ACCOUNT TYPES
Muse accounts are reviewed by our team before approval. Business and professional accounts open immediately and carry a NEW status while we verify activity. Each type has different access and obligations, described in the platform.
05BOOKINGS & CONTRACTS
A booking becomes binding once both parties accept the proposal in the platform. Scope, dates, deliverables, usage rights and cancellation terms are recorded in each contract. Cancellation windows and fees are shown before you confirm.
06FEES & COMMISSIONS
EXOTIC charges a commission on bookings made through the platform. The rate is shown to professionals before they accept a job, and is deducted automatically from the payout. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
07CONDUCT
Harassment, discrimination, coercion, doxxing and any attempt to move a booking off-platform to avoid fees are prohibited. Users can report accounts from any profile. Confirmed breaches lead to suspension and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.
08CONTENT & RIGHTS
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant EXOTIC a licence to display it on the platform. Usage rights over commissioned work are defined per contract; nothing is assumed to be transferred beyond what the contract states.
09LIABILITY
EXOTIC connects parties and facilitates contracting. We do not accept liability for the acts of independent professionals or clients beyond what applicable law imposes on an intermediary. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Obligations already incurred under an active contract survive termination.
11GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of the operator's registered seat, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to your local courts, which we respect.
